Mesa Fresh Mexican Grill is a life style concept reflecting today's consumer desire for more favorable and healthier food products, convenient service and "hip" atmosphere.

Mesa Fresh is a fast-casual dining restaurant serving freshly prepared authentic Mexican food at moderate price points in an inviting, comfortable and festive atmosphere.

The concept was launched in Wayne, Pennsylvania in 2001 by husband-wife team James and Jennifer West. Together, they created an award winning brand with multiple locations throughout the eastern United States.

Mesa Fresh uses only fresh, high quality ingredients. As a result, the brand has received numerous awards including best Mexican restaurant on the Main Line in Philadelphia.

The open display kitchen showcases the hustle of busy cooks preparing grande size Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, authentic Enchiladas, fresh Salads, Quesadillas and grilled Fajitas.
